[merge request] librep & sawfish doc.

Hi. Please merge my branches of librep and sawfish, both for doc.

In librep, 
* 'string-split' (like perl 'split') is described.
* 'load' suffix handling is corrected. (Doc bugfix, not fix of 'load'.)

Sawfish patches are more in amount, but minor.
