Themer moved from trunk to sawfish-themer branch

Hi @ all!

Janeck already said that it's ok to remove the themer from trunk.
It's just not working anymore since rep-glade has not yet been fully
ported to glade2. 

If you need the themer, for just having it, or for rewriting it without using glade,
or whatever you can grab the new sawfish-themer branch:

svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/sawfish/branches/sawfish-themer
