nil), Audacious and GKrellm keeps their latest positions, but Nautilus

ignore-program-positions isn't working as expected tho...
I just installed nautilus (96 packages :S) to test this and I also see
the centered file manager window. This happens in Openbox 3 too, so it
may be something nautilus is requesting.
