Thanks. This is really weird, your rygel generates uris like 
http://127.0.0.1:65530/GstLaunch/i/bXlhdWRpb3dhdg%3D%3D/res/primary_http.monitor 
! wavenc which is obviously wrong. I think there is something broken 
here with the pseudo-suffix handling. Wonder why I didn't see it.
