I have a better solution: we should:
1. Fix the 'full-screen toggle on F11' if its broken.
2. Save the full-screen status (in some gsetting key) and set that on
playbin2 on launch.
Then people who want full-screen always, will just have to press F11
once and people who dont want it for some reason don't do anything.
