Once upon a time (at the beginning of 2.11 development cycle), rhythmbox
could be made to work with gnome 2.10 if the cd burning was disabled.
Then there were issues with dbus, rhythmbox used an older version of the
api, and jhbuild used the newer api, which also caused some pain.
If those issues are now sorted out, and if rb needs most of gnome 2.11
anyway, I don't care if the #ifdef are removed.
