Maybe something like a "Record" button when one is listening to
streaming stations? The windows version of streamripper is a winamp
plugin where the user just clicks when they want to record. It makes it
pretty easy to record streams.
Streamripper also tags and saves the mp3's in the file system so after a
while of listening you get a nice organized directory of music. Take it
one step further and add these newly recorded mp3's to the rhythmbox
playing list organized by artist of whatever - that would be a killer app.
It would be sweet if rhythmbox did this one day. ;)
