I actually assumed Canonical wanted other desktop environments to look
at Mir. But from the comments it is very clear that this is not a
priority at all. Maybe in future if we do the work :P

Conclusion: I think we should update the WhatWeRelease with that we
prefer:
- Wayland
- systemd

but both are _not_required_, only encouraged. We can then revisit this
somewhere during 3.10.0.

If nobody disagrees then I'll update the wiki when I find the time
(tonight, tomorrow, day after, etc :P)
