Yes, I understand that apply button aren't here to help the undo code
;-) But maybe, a reason could be to have apply button when changes in a
planner plan are big and hard to undo. In the past there isn't undo so
you could put an apply button for this. But now that I understand the 3
reasons to use them, the undo system doesn't change them.
