This turned out really great, thanks a lot! 

I just committed the patch with a few small tweaks: adjusted the font
size of the footer and made the cost right aligned and the prio
centered, suggested by Lincoln.

There are a few minor issues, not very critical. I think that the task
cost should really be saved to the xml/sql storage instead of being
calculated with xsl. Before we do this, perhaps the task cost column
should be disabled in the html output, or at least we need to make sure
it uses the same formula.

Notes should probably be limited to say 100 chars or so (perhaps with a
tooltip for the full note :). Also the formating of costs should perhaps
always use 2 decimals so that the numbers align (like 160,00).
