Hi.
I am currently using fedora instead of arch and installing 
vscode-insiders from the fedora repositories.
When I used arch I never installed vscode-insiders using the uar 
repository, I always downloaded it directly from vscode download site.
I just downloaded it from the site and the build is from today.
