Hi.
You can download  a tar.gz file from the  following url:
https://code.visualstudio.com/insiders/

After untar this file you'll find a folder called VSCode-linux-x64/ and 
inside this folder you'll find a folder called bin.
Inside the folder bin there is a file called code-insiders.
Execute this file to launch vscode.
