I have mimic3 voices running on Fedora 36 using speech-dispatcher. I 
just had to install Python 3.9 and get pip working with it. Then I could 
follow the instructions in the documentation and get 
mycroft-mimic3-tts[all] installed and working. It is pretty unresponsive 
at the moment, and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because it's 
synthesizing all speech before it plays anything. Hopefully I'll get 
that part figured out, as these voices do really sound good, and it's 
the best I've gotten working with speech-dispatcher up to now.
