[orca-list] Interesting text to speech announcement

I noticed a recent announcement of the Mimic 3 text to speech system, 
which is developed in this GitHub repository:
https://github.com/MycroftAI/mimic3

According to the README file, it's available under the AGPL license, so 
it should be distributable as free software (unless there's a 
problematic dependency somewhere).

Has anyone installed it or experimented with it for potential use with Orca?

The other interesting speech projects are at Coqui:
https://coqui.ai/
but it isn't clear whether they've achieved sufficient performance yet 
to be used with Orca.
