As far as I am aware, since many of the alt+shift+letter keys are 
navigation keys for Orca that bring up lists of various items, 
alt+shift+m bringing up the list of landmarks found on a page, the only 
way to fix the problem on the software level would be to either change 
Big Blue Button's mute shortcut or maybe rebind the landmark list 
shortcut in Orca. Either of these would resolve the key conflict you're 
experiencing.
