[orca-list] flat review stops working after an application is launched

Hi,

environment: Fedora 35, orca master, all packages updated, Mate environment

reproducer:

1. sudo flatpak install junction

2. flatpak run re.sonny.Junction

3. alt+tab back to the Mate terminal and try to use flat review

It will not work, I have to restart Orca to get it working again.

Can you reproduce it?
