I haven't tried installing or using junction, but what you describe
sounds like there is an accessibility event missing and maybe Orca
doesn't know you're in the terminal.
Some things to try:
* After you have Alt+Tabbed back into Mate Terminal, open the file menu
with
Alt+F or F10, then press Escape
* Instead of Alt+Tabbing directly back to Mate Terminal, Alt+Tab into
some other
app (e.g. Pluma). Then Alt+Tab from that third app into the terminal
If either of those work, my guess would be there is a missing
window:activate and/or window:deactivate event.
Please let us know what you find. Thanks!

Hi,
environment: Fedora 35, orca master, all packages updated, Mate
environment
reproducer:
1. sudo flatpak install junction
2. flatpak run re.sonny.Junction
3. alt+tab back to the Mate terminal and try to use flat review
It will not work, I have to restart Orca to get it working again.
Can you reproduce it?
Thank you,
Vojta
