Similar to the verbose verbosity level, key echo is on by default for
new users. I'm OK with that, although I would prefer a toggle key that
is bound by default, also similar to the verbosity level toggle. So
those of us who have used it for a long time and turn it off right from
the start can just press a single key combination to toggle it off
instead of having to go into the preferences and turn it off under the
key echo tab. That said, I can also see the merrits of the argument
that we're already going into preferences the first time we start Orca
on a new system, so there is no need to change anything.
