Personally, I wish these things would just be outlawed as the
(hopefully) unintentional discrimination against the visually and
hearing impaired that they are... sadly, the average politician is so
out of touch with modern technology that OCR/Voice Recognition to
defeat these abominations will probably come first... Sadly, in my
experience, OCR struggles with lots of material not specifically
designed to thwart it, and fooling computer vision/hearing is what
these wastes of code are designed to do(never mind that they fool
plenty of human eyes and ears as well).
