Related questions though...
1. Can I tell RHVoice/Voxin to take my punctuation settings from Orca
and use those, or is there a config for each I need to adjust, because
voxin likes to read every single bit of punctuation, and RHVoice, I'd
like to tweak stuff with it that's not in Orca's prefs window
