Hi all,
I tested this issue more and now, I can say where is it.
Only in gnome-shell and mate file manager. When I open some other app,
for example Thunderbird or terminal, I can work with the system normally.
But when I return to the gnome-shell or gdm, issue happens and Orca
doesn't accept any shortcut, for example Orca plus s, Orca plus t etc.
Gnome 3.34.0, Orca 3.34.0, GTK 3.24.11. The same issue happens, when you
download the f31 beta live dvd without installing to hdd.

Yes, it happens in all desktop, I have Mate and Gnome. I'll try to
install clean 31 to check, if it is upgrade problem only or not.

Hmmm. Right now I'm at a conference and don't want to upgrade to
Fedora 31 (just in case the upgrade fails; I need a working system).
That said, I'm using Fedora 30 with Orca 3.34.0 and not seeing what
you describe. Orca shuts up immediately for each keypress.
Does it happen in all desktop environments?

Are you using Xorg or Wayland?

Hi,
what happened? I upgraded to Fedora 31 to test the latest Gnome.
But, Orca or something ignores event change. Example.
Gdm, when I enter password quickly and press enter, Orca says:
star
star
star
star
star
star
star
star
star
star
star
star
with one sec pause between stars. But, the password was entered
and login processed, Orca can't be stopped until speaks last action.
Next example. Ctrl alt tab, 3x tab. Orca says all. Top bar button,
activities push button, date and time menu, system menu,
accessibility menu. Again, can't be stopped. Is this Fedora issue
or something is not upgraded to fF31?
Thanks,
Pavel
