[orca-list] Gnome 3.34.0 - Orca reads all events and can not be stopped

Hi,

what happened? I upgraded to Fedora 31 to test the latest Gnome. But, 
Orca or something ignores event change. Example.

Gdm, when I enter password quickly and press enter, Orca says:

star

star

star

star

star

star

star

star

star

with one sec pause between stars. But, the password was entered and 
login processed, Orca can't be stopped until speaks last action.

Next example. Ctrl alt tab, 3x tab. Orca says all. Top bar button, 
activities push button, date and time menu, system menu, accessibility 
menu. Again, can't be stopped. Is this Fedora issue or something is not 
upgraded to fF31?
