Re: [orca-list] Accessibility broken under Wayland Fedora 31

Howdy Alex,

as long nobody else helps out its mostly Frederik and me.

I've some question related to KDE/QT:

* Which QT mail client are you able to use?
well, i know only one accessible Mail client on Linux at all, Thunderbird. Sadly i don't think there are useful GUI alternatives. but i use thunderbird here on KDE too. so i didn't search much for others alternatives.

* Which QT web browser are you able to use?
same for browsers. Only "real" accessible engine is gecko. also WebkitGTK lacks a lot of functionality. Maybe Chrome will be an alternative anytime.

* Which QT office suite are you able to use?
Libreoffice offers an QT5 implementation (since october 2018) what comes just from beginning with accessibility. but i assume cause by most blind people use mostly GTK software, it needs some testing.
https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=LibreOffice-More-Qt5-LXQt
"In the update shared earlier this month was initial accessibility support as well as Qt5 clipboard support."

* Which full screen magnifier are you able to use with KDE?
i use the "Zoom" plugin of Kwin (shipped by default). this works quite well here but with some smaller glitches with other effects. i assume compiz or kmag could be an alternative as well.

i find the KDE community as helpful friendly people who want help, bust mostly a little lost in "how to" help. maybe with some assistance the issues can get some more attention.
