Are there any accessible guides to learn Latex from scratch?

Hi Ollie,
I learnt LaTex with a WikiBook, I believe it is this:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/LaTeX
And here's something more focus on LTex and maths:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/LaTeX/Mathematics
I read all my scripts in LaTex, which was especially helpful for maths,
but not always fluent to read. In theory any text editor will do to
read and write it. I have never worked with any specialised LaTex IDE.
HTH.
Best wishes,
Jeanette
