Hello Kyle,
We've finally found how it works. It only works with US keyboard. We've
change the keyboard shortcut for those actions and it works. Thanks for
your help Kyle.
Best regards,
Alex.

The square brackets start and stop the selection. Use these as the track
plays to begin and end your selection based on what you hear. Then stop
the track and use the space bar to hear the part you have selected.
Lengthen or shorten either end of the selection as desired using
shift+left/write arrow and shift+control+left/write arrow as I described
in my previous response. Use control+1 and control+3 to change the
granularity, the amount the selection keys will lengthen or shorten the
selection. Use control+2 to set the granularity back to a default,
although this will be different from the default you get when Audacity
starts, as the default granularity is based on the total time of the
track. To start with the control+2 default, you can press control+2
before you ever select anything. This will always give you a baseline
granularity that is the same no matter what track you are editing.
