Yes, you can re-map the shortcuts.
For instance, what if a user wants to use Orca + Down Arrow to decrease
the rate of speech?
It's possible, orca+down arrow will be also orca+keypad down arrow if we
implement the new behavior. If for you orca + down arrow and orca + kp
down arrow should be distinguishable we could make it possible. For
example we could decide if only orca + down arrow is mapped it would
accept orca + down arrow or key pad down arrow but if the user defines
explicitly orca + key pad down arrow and orca + down arrow it will
distinguish them.
