[orca-list] issue with orca and plain text documents in seamonkey and possibly firefox ?

Steps to reproduce:
Take this url as an example:
http://ix.io/rlV

This is a raw document in plain text. Now suppose you want to press page 
down or up, or ctrl+end to go completely at the end of that document.

Expected behavior: orca jumps where you told it to.
unexpected behavior: orca jump back to the beginning of the document, no 
matter where you were previously.

I hope this can be fixed, this issue is actually very annoying and makes 
it impossible to use a gui browser to check on debug logs or other raw 
plain text stuff easily.
