I see the same behavior using orca 3.18.2 and firefox 55. My only
suggestion, for now, is to copy the entire text to clipboard, and paste
into a text editor, where you should be able to move through the text as
you wish.

Expected behavior: orca jumps where you told it to.
unexpected behavior: orca jump back to the beginning of the document,
no matter where you were previously.
I hope this can be fixed, this issue is actually very annoying and
makes it impossible to use a gui browser to check on debug logs or
other raw plain text stuff easily.
