Hi Tyna.
Could you please pull master and re-test? Note that in the case of page
up/page down, Orca is relying upon Firefox telling us the caret moved.
When you use page up/page down, Firefox only tells us the caret has
moved if the Firefox caret is enabled. You can enable/disable the
Firefox caret with F7.

down or up, or ctrl+end to go completely at the end of that document.
Expected behavior: orca jumps where you told it to.
unexpected behavior: orca jump back to the beginning of the document, no
matter where you were previously.
I hope this can be fixed, this issue is actually very annoying and makes
it impossible to use a gui browser to check on debug logs or other raw
plain text stuff easily.
