I don't know what "positioned correctly" means. An alt tag is just a tag
witin the code for a form control. Like alt="phone number".

Are the alt tags positioned correctly on the form? If the orientation

Orca seems to ignore alt text for fields on a web form. Is that

reader describe a data entry field when a user tabs into it?
