hi
Sure thing luke. I'll do this now. I'm also sending a debug log to
joanie just in case it's an orca issue. This happens with both speechd
master and stable. I've used both. Just for my own info, is there a way
to kill speech-dispatcher and have it spawn in debug mode? That or have
it replace the currently running instance with one set to debug mode
(something like speech-dispatcher -d -t 0 --replace"?
Thanks
Kendell Clark

Is this with speech-dispatcher git master, or version 0.8.7? Same question to
you too Kendell.
Could you please run speech-dispatcher in debug mode, and execute the same
command, then bundle up debug files from /tmp/speech-dispatcher (I think its
that dir) and send them to me please?
speech-dispatcher -D -t 0
The -t flag is to prevent speech-dispatcher from shutting down after 5 seconds
with no clients connected.
Thanks.
