Re: [orca-list] increasing pico's rate on speech-dispatcher so it can be used conviniently with orca



On Vinux I could always change the rate, but it started sounding bad at the very high end, above 90%, but not 
as bad as I remember from years ago when I 
first tried it on Windows with NVDA and anything above about %75 was starting to distort more than I wanted 
to listen to.
I never got pico running on arch that I remember, did look at doing so once. 
Which packages did you install?
