What about the on-the-fly toggle?
How do you see it fit, when the other options come into play?
May be it should toggle only between on and off for all objects, while
you choose your prefered method of capitalization from the preferences
window.
Also, perhaps "None" should be dropped from the "Capitalization style"
combo box, since wether it should be on or off will depend on another
setting(s).
Or, instead of check boxes, we could have separate combo boxes,
identical with the current "Capitalization style" combo box, for every
subcase, i.e. one for all objects and another for editable fields and
terminals, allowing different style for different objects.
