There is already a generic configuration for DECtalk, and its shipped with Speech DIspatcher today, you just
need to enable it in the config file.
As I said in a previous post, a proper driver could be written, but I don't see the demand, given not a lot
of people knew about DECtalk for Linux when it was available, whichi it no longer is, so far as I know.
