According to the German Ubuntu community
(http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Grive) Grive is in standard repositories as
of 13.04.

For 12.04 one has to add this PPA: ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8

Oh, and there shall be a GUI for it, too. I post it if there's interest
in it. I'm not sure, whether it's accessible. For me, I deleted my
Google account, so I cannot test.
