[orca-list] Orca and Firefox specific hodkeys issue

Dear,
Do You know, why Orca can not use CTRL+INSERT+sSPACE key to recall 
Firefox specific preferences dialog box?
I Am facing this issue in Trisquel development release and with Abrowser.
Included Orca version IS ORca 3.12.
But when i downgraded to Orca 3.10.3, problem persist.
But this problem do not exist in Ubuntu 14.04 and orca is 3.10.3.
So what could I do with this?

And I Am very sad, that Orca 3.12 may be disabled ARIA live regions 
annoucenment by default. Or do You think, that this is issue of 
Abrowser, that they removed some code or modified it so Orca can not get 
necessary information about ARIA live regions?
