[orca-list] Getting Orca on Mint Mate 17.1

Hi,
I looked back at some old posts on installing Orca on Mint Mate, and it was 
suggested that Orca should install with:
sudo apt-get install orca
But this does not seem to work as far as I can tell.
Perhaps the recent post was referring to an earlier version of Mint.
I tried it first over an Ethernet connection (wired), and when that did not 
work, I had someone connect the wireless.
