I myself don't use Orca, but I use DavMail
POP/IMAP/SMTP/Caldav/Carddav/LDAP Exchange Gateway:
<http://davmail.sourceforge.net/>. I use Mutt to handle email, but you
can use any other email client, e.g. Thunderbird.
