Unfortunatelly I have just found a follow up minor issue related to this.
When learn mode is active while the application with no orca specific 
keybindings is active pressing F3 to report app specific orca 
keybindings reports the fact there are no keybindings then repeats the 
original learn mode prompts and finally it exits learn mode.
So I expect either not to repeat learn mode prompts after informing user 
that there are no app specific keybindings found or alternativelly I 
expect orca not to disable learn mode without an anouncement to that fact.
