[orca-list] Problems using learn mode with some non english like keyboard layouts

Hello,
By default I am using slovak keyboard layout. It's somewhat different to the US english keyboard layout. The main difference is that while pressing keys in the upper row of keys special signs are typed rather than numbers. To type numbers we have to type shift with the key corresponding to a number. For example to type 2 on a slovak keyboard I need to do the same what you would do to type @ atsign on an US english keyboard I need to press shift+2. While this is in effect I am unable to follow the prompts while using learn mode. It says press 1 to hear all available shortcuts or something to that effect. While using slovak keyboard layout I am unable to make this show list of keyboard shortcuts. There are three possible nterpretations of that depending of the keyboard layout in use. I can either press the 1 key, I can press that key with a shift held down or alternativelly I can press a 1 key on the numeric keypad while the num lock key is turned on. This might have other issues with other orca functionality however this is most easiest example. Attached is a debug-sk.out file demonstrating me enabling learn mode and using all the ways I can think of pressing an 1 key. Is this a bug or should there be a specific orca commands schema for each keyboard layout?

Greetings

Peter
