While I've not tried to do anything other than calling the menu from the
command line, compiz-boxmenu appears to be fully accessible.  All the
menus and submenus are spoken.  I'll also have to see what happens when
gnome is all turned off (anyone know how to easily kill all of gnome and
still leave x and orca  running?)
