[orca-list] Orca seems to loose focus on message body in thunderbird when using new windows

Hello,
I think Steve mentioned he has noticed this but he said he only observes 
this sometimes where as it seems to be the norm for me.
I have thunderbird set to show messages in a new window, so when I press 
enter on a message in the message list, I here orca announce the new 
window (the title of the window), then I here orca read the first line 
of the message and then I hear orca read the title of the window again 
(like the window has just been focused again). Generally if I click the 
first routing key on my Braille display I can get focus back to the 
message content area.
As I remember when I had thunderbird set to show messages in a new tab I 
did not have this issue.
As I am getting it constantly I will create a bug report and try and get 
some debug information in the hope I can find out the issue.
