Unless you've changed something in Orca preferences from your login
screen, you should be able to safely remove /var/lib/gdm/.orca.
Everything should then reset to Orca defaults, which as far as I know
will revert your speech synthesizer to the speech-dispatcher default
module, which should now be ibmtts. If you still get eSpeak, try going
into Orca preferences from your login screen and changing the speech
synthesizer to ibmtts explicitly. This is probably your best bet anyway,
since you won't have to worry at all about where your speech-dispatcher
configuration file is if you explicitly set the synthesizer and voice
parameters you like in Orca preferences, assuming of course that it does
in fact work from within gdm.
