Hi Michael,

Well some notes to lxde a11y:
the application menu and the run dialog are accessible.
Try alt+f2 for the run dialog and
alt+f1 or ctrl+esc for the applicationsmenu.
pcmanfm is accessible as well if you select listview for the filebrowser
under view.

The most anoying not accessible things are the panels and I wasn't able
to read the apps stored on my desktop.
Any way lxde is great and runs well on my machine.
