Ah, yes, I do remember an option for moving the window in brltty, though
what I saw was a configuration setting, and not a key toggle. I think it's
in the preferences menu in brltty. I'm going to try that. Toggling cursor
tracking in brltty doesn't seem to make any changes when using Orca.

What I do know is that on my Braillex Elba there is a switch
(simulated) which causes Brltty to move the cursor when the window is
moved. I don't know if this has been implemented for other displays.
