While it is possible, I think that speech-dispatcher solution for this 
is not ideal. Ideally we could do with something which allows use of 
gnome through SSH with no extra limitations (IE. not needing the SSH 
server to be able to connect to the local machine, the standard SSH 
connection from the local machine to the server is what we need). I'm 
not sure how this could actually be achieved, but I understand it is 
possible with the windows software (except that requires extra software 
to be installed on the server as windows doesn't include a full screen 
reader).

Using ssh from the command line is how I would like remote accessibility 
to be, but I do realise that gnome accessibility is far more complicated 
than access to the command line, and so such a simple seamless remote 
accessibility for gnome may not be easy or even possible.
