Hi Krishnakant:

The evince bug is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309015.  
Commenting on that bug via bugzilla is the best way to get in touch 
with the evince developers and other people interesting in working on 
the problem.  Note that I don't think it is a trivial task, but I think 
it may be less trivial than writing your own PDF viewer from scratch.
