Joanmarie, tryed this problem different situations:
1. Setted up default language with english, the problem is not present
with Ubuntu Intrepid, GNOME 2.24.1 and Orca 2.24.1 release. Launched
Openoffice.org Spreadsheet, correct spokened the cell coordinates (a1,
b1 etc).
2. Setted up default language with hungarian language, the problem is
present, only the cell word and cell text spokened, but the cell
coordinates not spokened.
I filled bugreport with http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=562532
I sent free attachment:
1. debug.en.out: English language full debug.out.
2. debug.hungarian.out: full hungarian language debug.out.
3. hu.po (hungarian translation file with Orca svn trunk version, the
translation percentage is 100%, tryed trunk version before sending
translation attachment.

It is interesting, because I only not see the cell coordinates with
"speech output" line in hungarian debug.out file, the "visible line" and
"braille line" shows the cell coordinates.
I think the translation part is correct:
