Hello, this is the problem.
for whatever reason the store where you buy dectalk from is broken, I just happened to buy it before it went 
away..
NOw my question is, if I install speech-dispatcher 0.67 from source how do I get voxin to work because there 
is a .deb package in the voxin tar file, but its for 0.66 of speechd
