Perhaps one could use the BRLTTY top command, when in a table, to move to the
header of the current cell, also displaying the row/column coordinates.

In BRLTTY outside of Orca, this command moves to the top line, retaining
current position. This is similar, conceptually, to moving to the header cells
of the table - retaining current position by presenting the headers
corresponding to the current cell.

After this is done, there would need to be another BRLTTY command to return to
the cell content.

In general, I find the braille support in Orca to be somewhat limited,
precisely because there is no systematic mapping of Orca commands to BRLTTY
commands, and limited support for presenting in braille extra information that
is provided in speech. There are Orca bugs open on this subject on which it
would be valuable to obtain community contributions before the developers
start implementing new features.
